Immerse yourself in a fascinating view of the Iguassu Falls and National Park, including a walking trail on the Brazilian side of the falls, where our local guide will introduce you the locals and provide you a unique day tour experience.
Itinerary:
This Iguassu Falls tour departs Foz do Iguassu at 8.30am as we travel to to Iguassu National Park.
Once we arrive there we can see a short environmental exposition about the Park and the region, and then take the panoramic bus for 11 kilometers in direction to the Iguassu Waterfalls, during this route you are going to see variety of flora and how dense the local subtropical forest is; with some lucky you can see some wild animals. After been introduced to the wild life we will do a walking trail on the Brazilian side of Iguassu Falls, approximately 1,200 meters long, which leads the visitor along the river with its many smaller falls from Argentinean side to the base of the biggest waterfall where a catwalk extends out over the brink of the series of falls which make up Devil´s Throat.
This side provides a good general view of the falls. After walking the catwalk, there is a tower with an elevator/lift (wheelchair access) to get people to the top of the falls from where one can have a spectacular panoramic view. At the top the trail leads to the end of the tour in front of the Iguassu River above the falls. Our adventure finishes at 12h30 where our Guide will drop you off at your hotel or in Foz do Iguaçu city centre, where he will be able to give you some suggestions for a good local restaurant. Once you are dropped off in Foz do Iguassu city centre or at your hotel at 12h30, this will be end of our Services.
