Our tour guide was friendly and enthusiastic. It was the best way to take in the Mall and helped me orient myself for further siteseeing. The bikes were comfortable and well tuned, and the leaders were friendly. They helped me make some other tourist plans and find a lunch spot.

Knowing the monuments were super far from each other, decided it'd be a good idea to rent some bikes. Got a Groupon deal for $17 all day bike rental. We went a bit early as we heard sometimes they run out of rentals later on in the day. Easy pick up and drop off. Nuff said.

i am all in for bike tours when touring new cities. DC for the first time was no exception. The reservation was easy and even though i got there 15 minutes late, the staff helped me catch up to the tour. the bike was easy to ride and the tour guide was great. he was friendly and open to questions. only having one day to tour, this was the best option to ensure i saw the most important sites.

The bikes were great, the help was great! They are very lenient with time with makes things a lot nicer =)
A PERFECT way to see the city without having to walk everywhere. About 15 for 2 hours but it was worthh it!
Be sure to research all discounts before heading out and go early for cruisers!

We rode the "Sights at Night" ride the Thursday before the Fourth with Tim, a recent graduate of American U, as our expert guide. I was happy that they offered a Trek 7300 20-inch ride, which matches what I ride at home.
Tim was a very approachable, very friendly and very knowledgeable tour guide who respected the varying levels of bike fitness in our slightly large (as in number of people) group. To his credit, the group was never separated at intersections or amid the more crowded areas of the Mall. My favorite part of the tour was heading up the "back" side of the Capitol building, through and area that was recently renovated; I hadn't seen it yet and was impressed with the work that had gone into it.
The tour was also good for learning about some out-of-the-way landmarks, like the 2008 Japanese-American Memorial to those who were interred during World War II. Blink and you might miss it, but Tim gave us a good summary about the memorial and what brought it to life.
The tour lasted just under three hours. Bike and Roll staff were really friendly and helpful from start to finish, from picking out a helmet to adjusting the bike for my frame to going over the do's and don'ts of the ride to ensuring our group was safe throughout. Looking forward to more guided rides with this company.

We took the Capitol Sites at 6 pm tour- an awesome way to see the main buildings and memorials in the city. The tour guide was great, provided us good history about the spots we visited. A great alternative to walking around in heat since it can be a looooooooonnnngggg walk. Plus a fun way to bike around with other people and have someone to take photos of you, rather than not being able to be in your photo.
And did I mention the complimentary water bottle and snack? Oh! Yes
