South America is full of wonders — let us lay the continent at your feet.
Days 1 – 3: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Our journey begins in Rio de Janeiro on Day 2 with an ascent to the top of Corcovado for breathtaking view of the cuidade maravilhosa. We’ll see Tijuca National Park — the largest urban forest in the world — then stroll the famed beaches of Leblon, Ipanema and Copacabana. Dance the night away at a lively samba show. Sample some of the best barbecue at a typical Brazilian churrascaria.

Lodging Copacabana Palace Hotel
Description Superbly positioned overlooking the sea, this glamorous Orient-Express landmark in Rio has been welcoming the rich and famous since its Art Deco doors swung open in 1923. Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers danced here and the Rolling Stones tuned up in its grand salon before their concert on the beach.
Days 4 & 5: Iguaçu Falls, Brazil & Argentina
We fly to Foz do Iguaçu, where our expert guide leads us through catwalks and trails, discovering a lush rainforest alive with bamboo, orchids, parrots and spectacular vantages. Later we’ll take a breathtaking helicopter ride to view the falls’ cascades thundering down over 200 feet.

Welcome to “the Paris of South America” with art galleries, chic boutiques, lush green parks and tree-lined boulevards. Visit San Telmo, the birthplace of the tango and discover its famous Sunday flea market. See the famous Recoleta Cemetery, the Metropolitan Cathedral, Casa Rosada and Plaza de Mayo. Enjoy a privately guided visit to the Colon Theatre. Learn the fine art of Argentine dance at the respected Tango Academy, then enjoy a memorable dinner and tango show.
Lodging Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt

Days 9 & 10: Bariloche
After the big-city buzz of Buenos Aires, we fly to Bariloche where a dramatic counterpoint of serenity awaits. Our journey takes us on a scenic drive through the rugged Patagonian landscape on the Road of the Seven Lakes.
