Paddle Baja’s most remote and scenic coastline. Known as the "Mexican Galápagos," its warm turquoise waters are one of the richest marine environments in the world. Your days will be spent paddling, snorkeling, hiking and exploring the stunning wild islands or coastal areas. Nights are punctuated by magnificent sunsets and happy hour, Baja-style. A motorized support skiff accompanies all trips carrying your gear and supplies, leaving your kayak light and responsive. This is our most popular trip among experienced kayakers.

This is the perfect escape for the enthusiastic sea kayaker seeking the pace and feel of a true vaction. This remote section of the Baja coastline is a paddler’s dream, offering unique scenic beauty combined with abundant wildlife viewed from above and below the water’s surface. The Sea of Cortez presents the optional paddling conditions in the fall and spring. Enjoy the warm (80degree F) waters in fall, perfect for extended snorkeling. Spring trips are characterized by warm, calm days and possible encounters with migrating whales.

Kayaking along this section of Baja coastline allows us the opportunity to explore a region accessible only by water. The remote roadless area offers isolated beaches, canyons arroyos filled with palm trees dotted with small fishing villages and ranches. Most of our crew up in this area which adds a unique insight into the local culture as we visit their relatives and learn about the regional history when exploring the seaside ranching and fishing villages of Tenbabichi, Nopolo and Los Dolores.

Our flexible itinerary and skiff support facilitates a variety of activities including side trips for fishing, snorkeling, hiking and possible whale watching. Our motorized support skiffs make for a safe and luxurious sea kayaking excursion. The skiffs are available for emergencies and to carry heavy equipment from camp to camp so your kayaks are light and easy to paddle. One skiff will accompany the kayakers for safety yet remains out of ear shot so that you’ll forget it’s even there while enjoying the serenity of the Baja coastline.
