Although the Torres del Paine hotel was certainly the most comfortable (but we suppose the most expensive), the one we liked best was the Palermo in Buenos Aires. But we also liked the hotels in El Calafate and El Chalten which we would certainly recommend. The Perito Moreno and the Uppsala Glacier icebergs. But we also enjoyed the walking on the various trails very much. The enthusiasm of the guides and the punctuality: we never waited for more than 5 minutes. You should warn your clients that, in the Torres Del Paine park, there is no mobile connection, unless you have a pc or a satellite-linked GSM (which was not our case). we found your organisation marvelous. We will certainly recommend you to friends who would like to travel to Argentina. Congratulations. We cannot remember the first name of the very kind guide we had at Perito Moreno. Can you retrieve that for us?

we had a wonderful expedition to Antarctica and South Georgia Island. The passage to Antarctica was a little rough, but we survived. We saw some wonderful wildlife and the best of all was a close encounter with a humpback while. It surfaced about 15m from our zodiac, and then headed straight towards us before diving about 3m away from us. I have made a post to Trip Advisor. Please have a look. In terms of hotels, we picked Das Cataratas in Iguazu Falls, which was obviously very good, but in terms of hotels used by Say Huegue, we liked the Senderos in El Chalten. It was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the place was very homely. The Mirador in El Calafate was quite good too. As I said to you previously, we didn't like BoBo in BA much. Apart from it being old, the location was not the best, nothing much around for tourists. Favourite Excursion - Iguazu Falls, Argentinian side. Great day, and the weather was good Well organised. For older travellers like us, the last thing we want are hassles, things going wrong, not met at airports, etc. This happened to friends of ours two weeks ago in Santiago, not met at the airport, and not told what time the day tour would start the next day. For us, everything happened smoothly, you met us at EZE, we were met at Iguazu airport by Roberto, and we were met at El Calafate by Eduardo. And the other thing which was best was the fact I could communicate with you all the time, using Whatsapp, and you always replied. It m

I want to thank you for the excellent organization of our trip to Patagonia. We, both couples, enjoyed the sequence and variety of our trip. I owe this all to you and your knowledge of the Patagonia region. We loved El Chalten, our first stop and the trekking was awesome. We loved the beauty and the grandeur of Fitz Roy and we enjoyed excellent weather. Only once did we experience the promised wind, rain, and the need to put rocks in your pockets and that was on the hike up to the base of Los Tres where we couldn’t see the towers. Our hotel Kaulem was lovely and well situated and the town is just a delightful grab-bag of fun restaurants, hotels and hostels and businesses with lots of dogs. We enjoyed the atmosphere. All of our hotels were of excellent quality and each unique. We enjoyed the hospitality at all of them but our favorite was The Indigo in Natales and unfortunately our time there was short. We want to thank you for all the transfers. Everything worked like clockwork except the one airlines glitch with an emergency landing between El Calafate and Buenos Aires, and there you were not responsible but your representative was available by phone. The cruise was fantastic and a perfect break after trekking in two beautiful parks. I would tell everyone to take the cruise despite its expense and 4 nights was perfect. Finally, back to Buenos Aires, both the Tango Show and the bike riding were perfect for us. We enjoyed the bike riding in particular and learned so much about

We arrived home safely as scheduled earlier this morning. We are all agreed that this was a wonderful trip, and that you and did an excellent job in helping us and organizing the itinerary. The travel arrangements worked well and were very well organized. All the drivers came on-time, with generally good driving skills. Our hotel accommodations were also generally quite clean and well-located. We particularly enjoyed and appreciated: • the hiking and accommodations at Hosteria Torres del Paine • the trekking on the Perrito Moreno Glacier • our hiking in El Chalten, with very friendly and helpful staff at the El Paraiso Hotel in El Chalten • our hotel in Buenos Aires (Patios de San Telmo) was very charming and well-located, also with friendly and helpful staff; excellent free walking tour in Buenos Aires • excellent tour on the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls • good dining recommendations in El Calafate (La Tablita), in El Chalten (Cervesceria), and in Iguazu (El Quincho) Unfortunately the weather did not always cooperate, but of course that is beyond anyone's control, and we were aware that the weather is quite changeable in Patagonia. Even with a few days of overcast or rainy weather, we really enjoyed the hiking, and we were well prepared with suitable clothing. Our stay in El Calafate coincided with "Carnival". This meant that there was extremely loud music every night we were there until 2:00 in the morning, which is difficult when we have to get up early the ne

The overall impression of my trip was "Great !". I was already thinking about what to send to you as feedback, and I find it hard to find reasonable points for improvement. The destinations per se: Good choice, nothing to complain. A nice mixture of "adventure" (Torres del Paine, El Chalten), the mixture (El Calafate) and a luxurious end (Bariloche). I enjoyed the dias libre, respectively needed them to get personal things done. The tours: - The tour to Perito Moreno could be improved by adding the option of the "minitrekking". It was good to be with a small group, but with the masses of tourists milling around the glacier and the restaurant, the not-so-good-weather, the large block of free time at the end was too much. It could be used to do something additionally (i.e. the minitrekking). - The organisation for my transport-daytour to Torres del Paine was great, even if on the way back I did not fully understood the need for a specific car for myself, following the south road tourist bus from Torres del Paine past the chilean and argentinian border, where after a few minutes I was joining the tour bus, and my transport heading back to chile. They told me to wait for a white van, but when the official tour bus just went by me at Laguna Amarga, I felt a bit frightend. Luckily the promised white van just followed after a few more minutes... I was already working on plan B to get back to the Torres hotel :-) - The transport to and from El Chalten was good, I had a very comfy rid

We were really happy, especially with the help in organizing everything just 4 days in advance!!!! Great job! Everything went smooth, the transportation were well organized and punctual, the hotels just the right level we were expecting and in a very friendly environment. I really liked BoBo hotel and the Estancia in El Calafate with the cow and horses around. For the problem with the single bad, I think I might have checked something wrong in the form you sent me, and I appreciated your quick moves to solve the mistake. We liked a lot the city tour and the Perito Moreno excursion with mini trekking. Both guides were great! In Buenos Aires we were able to visit many things on our own, enjoying going around in the park in Palermo, visited Teatro Colon, San Telmo market etc... In El Chalten we did the hike to Laguna de Los Tres... amazing! Just a notice, we thought Torres del Pines was not worth the distance and hours of bus, and you might have advised us that it would have been a bad road, and the hikes we did were not that great. Still, it was an experience, we saw many animals and get to know many Argentinians on the bus, and it is true that your first suggestions was Estancia Cristina instead.

We had a great experience. Everyone we dealt with including Patricio, Yuna and yourself was extremely helpful and responsive. The travel arrangements went smoothly and the pre-trip reading materials were comprehensive and helpful. . We really enjoyed all the organized tours and the local guides were excellent. The Bobo, Hostaria Senderos and Los Sauces hotels were excellent. However we did not really like the Arakur (which we selected). While the room design was very modern and stylish and the indoor spa looked nice, the hotel felt big, cold, empty and unfinished and was far from the center. We would not recommend it to others. There were only 2 small points of confusion. You had indicated that there was only one other early morning bus back to El Calafate from El Chalten. However there are lots of other busses and Huellas del Sur booked us on an earlier bus at 6 pm. The 6 pm bus did not provide door to door service so we just took at taxi back to Los Sauces. The only other thing was that while my pick up to go to the airport on January 16 was scheduled for 17:30 the driver came at 16:30. Luckily we had just arrived at the Casa Calma hotel so I just went to the airport early. We will recommend you agency to others and hopefully return to Argentina one day ourselves.

I just got back a couple days ago and finally had the chance to go through my inbox. Our Patagonia trip went very very well! We were a bit nervous since we were never able to come and meet in person, but absolutely everything ended up being timed just right. The flights were on time, we were promptly picked up on time (no one was ever late), the hotels were completely fine and even more than some of us expected. So all in all we were very impressed. The hotel we liked best was the first refugio we stayed in close to the torres towers. They had very good food and was a great environment. The only feedback we had: 1. Transportation from El Chalten back to El Calafate was on time, but the van was very cramped and uncomfortable. 2. The woman who picked us up from the airport and took us to the El Calafate bus station gave us some information and vouchers, but she could not answer all our questions and did not have the best understanding of what our overall trip schedule was. 3. We did not receive all the vouchers at once, so some of the transport vouchers we got along the way and until we met with the driver who would pick us up we had no idea if we needed to pay anything. Otherwise everything was fine and we were all very impressed! Because this was such a tailored trip and logistically challenging we understand that it must not have been easy to get everything perfectly communicated. All in all a great experience and I would recommend it

We had an AWESOME time on our family trip. Thank you so so much for helping us create and this special trip. Everything was seamless and it made our travel experience so pleasant. To answer a few of your Qs: Which hotel did you like the most? Aguas Arribas! But we wished we had more time at the one in El Calafate - we loved the pool and the cool restaurant and the spa was reasonably priced. We also had a great time at Hosteria las Torres - a great place for jumping off to all the hikes and the refugio (domos frances) was great! Basically all of them - but Aguas Arribas was charming and so special What was the best of traveling with us? The ease of travel - transportation was seamless and all the hotels knew we were coming and where we were going next. Is there anything you think could be improved? Nope! Thank you so much, again. I have attached 2 pictures - one of our whole family at the glacier near Fitz Roy and one of my brother and I on the hike back from the torres base.

I liked the Kau Yatun the most. I liked that it was close to downtown, served food, and had a pretty helpful staff. absolutely adored El Chalten. Even though it was a small town, there was so much to see within hiking distance. I am very glad you booked us a couple nights there. Upgrading to the minitrekking made the experience something truly unforgettable. I am glad we did more than just see the glacier. My tour guide in Buenos Aires was fantastic, I learned a lot about the history of the country that I would have overlooked when staring at natures wonders in the South :) There were some communication issues. For example, on the day of the trip to Torres del Paine, we were never given an updated pick up time. Our paperwork estimated 7am, so that's what we planned for. We were quite surprised when the bus showed up at 6:15am. We also did not realize how far away Torres was or how long the border crossing could take. Because of this, we wished we had been booked overnight there. There were a few other miscommunications as well. One email said the park fees should be paid in pesos, but another said they took USD. Turns out they accept both. Also, we were told not much closes during the winter holidays because it is high tourist season, yet many restaurants and businesses were closed New Years Eve and New Years Day. It was difficult for us to even find food on New Years Eve after returning late from Torres del Paine. Lastly, 2 free days in Calafate seemed unnecessary. We quickl
