My wife and I just returned from the Tour du Mont Blanc Hotel trek and I can't thank you enough for putting together such a marvellous adventure! Our guide and logistics coordinator (Keith and Judith Robson) were simply the best in the business and I cannot speak highly enough about their skills, expertise and attention to detail. The bar has been set very high for future guides to compare :) We had 10 days of beautiful sunshine and our stay at the Yeti Lodge was the icing on the cake!! Keep up the good work and I am sure we will be using you again in the near future.

The staff have been exceptionally helpful every time I have contacted them either face to face or on the telephone. There was always someone who could answer even the smallest query and not make me feel like I was being a nuisance. The local guide did a wonderful job keeping us informed. She even arranged for a birthday surprise for one of our group who was celebrating a landmark birthday. Our leader was an excellent trip leader and took into account the varying levels of fitness/stamina of the individuals in the group. He was very knowledgeable about the region in which we were trekking and very patient with those who had a lack of confidence in their ability. I expected the trip to be well planned and the scenery wonderful but it was way beyond that. Adjectives just can't describe the feeling of being out there on the mountains with the clear fresh air, the sound of the rivers and the cowbells, the spectacular views and the company of like-minded people.

Our leader is an absolute star and really made the trip! She should be commended for her balance of professionalism and down-to-earthness. A pure joy to be with and a great role model! If I knew she was definitely leading a trip I was thinking of signing up for then I'd sign up for it, as I'd know it would be great. She gave me great confidence and as a result I am much more confident on 'exposed' sections.

Really enjoyed the guide's commentary on the trip and his anecdotes and dry sense of humour made for several belly laughs.

Admittedly we were very lucky with the weather but the walking was stunning. The tour is rated "demanding" and we were pretty much at our limit on the second day while we found our walking legs - but that's what we wanted. All the accommodation was terrific - especially Les Chapieux. Day 4 via Col de la Seigne was "awesome". This was pretty much the finest holiday I can remember. We are used to the Alps as regular skiers but to trek around Mont Blanc in its summer splendour put the area in a whole new light for me. It was a fantastic holiday and we are already thinking about next summer. Most enjoyed the amazing scenery, camaraderie of the group, varied accommodation, learning more about stuff from the trip leader.

Excellent service all round. I was very impressed with the efficiency, time keeping and information provided by the Mountain Drop-Off drivers. This was a much harder trek than I have attempted previously but I thoroughly enjoyed it especially as we had fine weather on all days of the trip.

I rate this as one of the most enjoyable holidays I have ever had. Most enjoyed - The walking (especially the aspects that were a bit more challenging than what I am used to at home); the scenery; the small group size; the way the group "gelled". The company was warmly recommended by friends.

One of the best leader I have come across was friendly, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. She made the trip and I would actively look for trips she guides on in the future. All transport worked well. I liked the mix of local transport and private taxis / vans used. We didn't need to see much of Judith the local agent which I take as a good sign that all ran very smoothly. The itinerary was great for a 7 day trip. The guide's leading style and knowledge added so much to the overall experience.

Our guide is an outstanding mountain guide in every regard. She shows a real commitment to ensuring that everyone has a positive experience during the trek, and taking the specific needs of individual group members into account (including differences in age/health/fitness). She has a genuine passion for the Alpine environment and excellent knowledge of history, geology and nature that she willingly shares with the whole group. I have no doubt thatshe would be able to deal calmly and effectively with any situation that might arise during a trek. I cannot think of any way that this trip could be improved within the constraints of a one-week package. I enjoyed this trip much more than I expected to. I expected the hiking would wear me out, but did not have any physical problems wth my legs or feet. So that was a positive outcome! I have travelled with you before - you guys seem to know what you are doing. Very focused on customer experience and satisfaction.

Our leader was a fantastic leader taking into consideration the different levels and needs of the group and her knowledge of the surrounding area really added to our experience. I believe this was the first time that she has worked for you. I would say hang on to her. Most enjoyed - Group size, scenery, food, enthusiasm of the guide.

Everything from the first contact via the phone to booking the trip was spot on; could not fault any aspect. Our mountain leader Laurent was superb in all categories. Very friendly, great sense of humour, extremely knowledgeable and this give us all a sense well being. Very satisfied with the holiday, enjoyed it immensely. Most of the time I had a grin from ear to ear.

What a trip! Most enjoyed - the nice trails, the beautiful nature and the fantastic scenery; the nice atmosphere among the people in the group; our fantastic guide Emily and the cold beer when we arrived at the hotel after a wonderful day in the mountains! Being Norwegian I have seen a few mountains before, but the Alps impressed me! With the fantastic weather we had the Tour du Mont Blanc will be an everlasting and magical nature experience.
