Fantastic person nothing was to much trouble. I use a walking stick and can not swim, Cong was extremely thoughtful and caring, Cong interacted with group, nothing phased him the BEST TOUR LEADER YET.
I had never been anywhere in the world before and as a first experience in another country I was glad that I went with this tour, the people oe the tour where great, the guide was fantastic and the adventure through the country was beyond what I expected. I was sick for a few days stuck in my Hotel room, during that time Cong whilst looking after the group and continuing with activities came to see how I was when ever he was free as well as sending drinks to my room and bring me food as I was so sick I couldn't leave my room to get things. on the second day Cong took me to the Hospital as I had not recovered and waited for me there until I was comfortable and arrangements had been made for me to stay a few days. I had a fever and Gastro. Cong and the group had to leave to continue the tour but before the left he gave me all the information I would need to get myself to the group once I had recovered. Everything went without a hing and I am very grateful for the care that Cong has shown me and everyone else in our group. Thanks Cong.
