As a first time small group tour traveller I must admit to having some anxieties prior to departure. No need. The group was great. The leader fantastic. Everything that was promised was delivered....and then some!! I cannot begin to describe the absolute pleasure it was to travel with Mahindra 'Mahi' as our tour leader. He was always polite, fair, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I feel incredibly lucky to have had such a wonderful group of people to travel with...but I do think it was Mahindra's experience and professionalism that helped the group gel. Every day I was blown away by his knowledge and the experiences he gave us. Far and beyond what we were promised in the trip notes. Oh mighty leader Mahindra...I THANK YOU x

This was a great introduction to India! After the trip I felt like I had discovered a wide variety of Indian culture and food. If you only have two weeks, this is a great trip and if you stay in India longer it is a fantastic way to sample India and decide where to go back for more.

For India have 'low expectations' and you will be pleasantly surprised! Ask people their stories and you will be amply rewarded with a rich variation in life experiences among the locals and your fellow travellers. Don't turn down an opportunity - you may never pass that way again - always wait for the sunset!

India is a land of contrast, beauty, colour, extremes and surprises. Intrepid felt like the right way to experience India and I'm so glad I did. I've seen more than I thought I possibly could and what's more, made some friends in the process.
