Overnighter, 2 days and 1 night at Uluru-Kata Tjuta was a beautiful experience. The walk around the base of Uluru at sunrise has to be experienced at least once in your lifetime. The wild flowers and birdlife was abundant. The indigenous history was so good to hear about and the whole experience including Kata Tjuta was spectacularly beautiful. As an Australian it was lovely to get to appreciate our country and culture with a fun group of like minded people and a group leader with good local knowledge and a sense of humour.
The overnight Uluru experience was brilliant. Being able to see the sunrise and sunset over Ayres Rock is some thing very memorable. As well as Ayres Rock, visiting other sites like Kata Tjuta has given me an amazing insight into Aboriginal ways of life. Deborah's passion for this culture made the overall experience unforgettable.
Excellent trip enabling you to see all the highlights of Ayers Rock and the surrounding area - particularly enjoyed seeing sunrise and sunset! Just take plenty of water with you!
