Overview

Book
Australia's west coast boasts some of the world's best beaches that are relatively untouched by tourism and set against a backdrop of rugged outback terrain. This unique Perth to Broome tour brings you face-to-face with the region's natural wonders and exposes you to a rich and colourful culture. West Australia's coast and desert regions are vast, amenities sometimes sparse and isolation palpable, but the rewards are rich beyond belief.

Highlights

    • Explore Western Australia’s desert landscapes, national parks and spectacular Coral Coast in rugged style on the ultimate overland trip
    • Enjoy the flexibility of a private vehicle, the local knowledge of a passionate guide and the magic of camping under the great southern sky
    • Wade in the shallows of Monkey Mia beach and be amazed at the friendly dolphins that approach
    • Peer into the ecologically diverse underwater world of Ningaloo Reef by plane, glass-bottom boat or snorkel, and swim with the gentle beasts of the deep in season, whalesharks

    • Hike and swim in the ancient gorges and waterholes of Karijini National Park

This tour was amazing. Toby our tour guide was just fantastic as a driver, guide, chef and genuine Aussie bloke. He looked after me so well as a 60 year old woman traveller. What you see on this trip blows your mind. I loved every minute of it particularly Ningaloo Reef, Kalibarri and Karijini national parks, even the long drives. Toby has an extensive play list which I loved. This was a truly fantastic trip. Thanks Toby, fellow adventurers and intrepid.

Great way to see this area!! I loved the camping but be aware it's sometimes very basic which just adds to the fun! Loved every minute of the trip! Make sure you are comfortable with some challenging hikes but they are great!

A fantastic experience. Beautiful locations, amazing sights, incredible stories and history. Get stuck in. Get your hands dirty. Have fun. Experience and learn, meet people, make friends. Stand back and take it all in. What you'll take away from his trip is incomparable. The memories will last a lifetime.

Fantastic trip to some of Australia's most beautiful locations. I thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone with reasonable fitness. Take a couple of books to read, there is a lot of nothing in between these places and make sure you take thermals, a hot water bottle and head torch for Kalbarri.

. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip from Perth to Darwin. I enjoyed the challenges of hiking/ climbing/ swimming through gorges. The mix of hostels and camping meant access to both electricity and being more remote (without reception) and sleeping under the stars. The guides Simmo and Nick ensured the trip was enjoyable; they are knowledgable; and heir enthusiasm is contagious.

This trip was incredible - we had such an excellent group of people and our guide was fantastic (super Aussie) and I could not believe the whalesharks and Karijini experiences - I'm keen to do this tour again!

People who are sick at the beginning of the trip should not be allowed to get on and travel as two Germans had horrible chest coughs and ended up giving it to most of the fellow passengers. It was the worst aspect of the trip I believe.
