The guides were both sensational. They anticipated our every need and provided an abundance of unexpected delights. I am a vegetarian, and the guides went out of their way to make certain all was custom for my diet. The tour had so many highlights, it is truly hard to pinpoint a favorite. Some for me included the mix of cycling with education. I also enjoyed the Trulli tour, cooking class, and olive oil tour, which all added great breadth to the trip.

I was wowed by the pasta-making class and lunch, and the olive oil tasting. The bikes were amazing as well! They were light-weight and their gears were easily changeable.

I loved the experience, everything was great, hotels, destinations, food, activities (wine/olive oil tasting, cooking class), and especially the guides who took care of us, I would like to thank them for the attention they gave me, regarding the fact that I´m not an atlete or experienced biker. Great experience, was my first bike tour, but will not be my last!
